Refund policy

Because many IronCinder orders are configured, project-based, or sourced to quote, returns require prior written authorization from IronCinder. Approved returns must be unused, uninstalled, and in saleable condition with original packaging unless we confirm another disposition in writing.

Made-to-order, custom-fabricated, cut-to-size, assembled, finish-specific, and special-order items are generally not eligible for return except where required by law or where a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping damage applies.

If an item arrives damaged or materially incorrect, notify IronCinder promptly with order reference, photos, and quantity details so we can review the issue and advise the next step. Restocking charges, return freight responsibility, and replacement timing are determined by the manufacturer program and the approved return authorization where applicable.
