Shipping policy

IronCinder reviews every order through the quote process before release. Shipping method, lead time, freight class, accessorial charges, and delivery routing are confirmed in writing as part of the approved quote or order confirmation.

Transit timing varies by manufacturer, configuration, finish, and destination. Jobsite delivery, liftgate service, residential delivery, limited-access delivery, storage, reconsignment, and appointment charges are billed as quoted when applicable.

Please inspect all deliveries promptly. Visible freight damage should be noted with the carrier at delivery and reported to IronCinder as soon as practical so a claim path can be opened without delay. Do not install damaged material before the condition is documented and reviewed.
