Both configurations run the classic arched grip with a thumbpiece latch outside. Interior Lever in satin nickel carries a wave lever and an ANSI Grade 2 (Better) rating on a metal chassis; Interior Knob in aged bronze carries a traditional knob on solid brass trim rated ANSI Grade 1 (Best). Universal latches seat 2-3/8 in and 2-3/4 in backsets, the adjustable through-bolt lands on existing holes without new drilling, and universal handing covers either swing. Neither configuration includes a lock cylinder; security comes from the deadbolt above.
