The Door Axis Medium Duty Closer covers offices, tenant suites, and retail doors in a matte black housing that disappears against dark storefront frames. Size 3 power with adjustable closing and latching speeds.

The all-metal body closes left- or right-hinged doors up to 125 lb, at widths to 38 in interior and 30 in exterior, opening a full 180 degrees. Closing and latching speeds tune independently to kill slam, and the published UL 3-hour fire listing plus ADA compliance carry it through commercial review. Mounts standard, top jamb, or parallel.
