The Door Axis Polished Chrome Privacy Lever is a contemporary straight lever on a round rose, rated a tier above standard residential hardware. It serves bathrooms and bedrooms where a bright chrome finish and certified durability are both specified.
Certified ANSI Grade 2 (Better) for security, durability, and finish, the lever locks from a push button and unlocks automatically when the interior handle turns, so it cannot stay locked behind you. An included pin key releases the lock from outside in an emergency. The universal latch slides between 2-3/8 in and 2-3/4 in backsets without tools and ships with both radius and drive-in faceplates. Self-aligning screw holes make it a screwdriver install on doors 1-3/8 in to 1-3/4 in thick.
