The round body drops into a standard 2-1/8 in cross bore and installs in minutes with a screwdriver. The hook bolt carries over 1-1/4 in of play within the strike, keeping the door lockable even when it settles or the strike sits proud, and the universal design fits right-hand and left-hand doors. The metal body wears a polished brass finish, fits 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 in doors, and the assembly is rated ANSI Grade 3.
