The Light Archon Alder is a 52 in. downrod ceiling fan that pairs a metal housing with four reversible blades finished silver on one face and a warm walnut tone on the other, so one fan reads modern or woodgrain depending on which face you install. A dimmable integrated LED light kit delivers 1300 lumens of 3000K warm white, and the whole package runs on simple, reliable pull chains. Pricing is quote-based: add it to a quote list and the desk confirms finish and delivery.

A 3-speed AC motor with manual reverse moves up to 4183 CFM, sized for bedrooms, living rooms, and other large rooms to about 400 sq. ft. Run it forward in summer and reversed in winter to push warm ceiling air back into the room. The 4.5 in. downrod included in the box sets the standard drop, threaded downrods extend it for taller ceilings, and the mounting system supports sloped ceilings per source documentation. Two housing finishes are offered, brushed steel and midnight black, both carrying the same silver-or-walnut reversible blade set. The platform is UL listed for dry interior locations and hangs only from a listed fan-rated outlet box.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a special outlet box?
Yes. Every ceiling fan must hang from an outlet box listed for fan support (fan-rated). If the existing box is a standard light-fixture box, plan a fan-rated pancake or deep box at rough-in or retrofit.

How do the reversible blades work?
Each of the four blades is finished silver on one face and a walnut wood tone on the other. Choose the face at installation to match the room; flipping later is a simple re-mount of the blades.

Can it hang on a sloped or tall ceiling?
Sloped-ceiling mounting is supported per source documentation, and the threaded downrod system accepts longer rods for tall ceilings. The included rod is 4.5 in. for standard heights.

How does the reverse function help in winter?
Switch the manual reverse and run low speed: the fan pulls air up through the blades and pushes warm ceiling air back down the walls without wind chill.
