Light Archon Quicklatch GFCIs replace screw-terminal wiring with tool-free lever terminals: strip, insert, and snap the lever shut. Sold as a 3-pack of 15 A, 125V self-test tamper resistant duplex devices, it is built for production GFCI work in kitchens, baths, and laundry rooms. Quote-first: add it to your quote list and the trade desk confirms counts before release.

Each lever terminal closes with an audible click, holds 12 or 14 AWG solid or stranded copper, and leaves no exposed metal parts, so there is nothing to tape. The blue load lever separates line from load at a glance and cuts miswiring risk. Protection is the full self-test package: continuous auto-monitoring beyond the base UL requirement, a status indicator light with line/load reversal indication, and a lockout action that blocks reset if the device can no longer protect. The extended strap uses tongue and groove alignment for faster multi-gang trim-out, fits midway plates as shipped, and takes standard plates once the breakaway tab is removed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What box does it need?
A standard single-gang wall box. Your installer verifies box fill for the conductors present per NEC 314.16.

How do the lever terminals work?
Open the lever, insert stripped 12 or 14 AWG copper into the wire opening, and snap the lever shut. The click confirms the connection, and the closed housing leaves no exposed metal to tape.

Do they work with stranded wire?
Yes. The lever terminals take both solid and stranded copper in 12 and 14 AWG.

Which wall plate fits?
The designer rectangular opening. The extended strap fits midway plates as shipped and standard plates after the breakaway tab is removed. Plates are quoted separately.
