Light Archon Threshold Cabinet Door Push-Button LED Switch 2-Pack
Reviewed pricing, lead time, freight, and final configuration are confirmed during quote review before order release.
The Light Archon Threshold switch turns any cabinet door into the light control: open the door and the LED lighting inside comes on, close it and the light goes off. The 2-pack covers two doors on 12VDC or 24VDC LED circuits at up to 1 A each, hardwired inline with the low-voltage run. Quote-first: add it to your quote list and the trade desk confirms counts and system fit before release.
The button sits proud of the housing by 7 mm and needs only light pressure, so a standard cabinet or pantry door presses it flat as it closes and cuts the circuit. Open the door and the contact closes, lighting the interior. Wiring is a simple inline splice on the low-voltage DC side between the driver and the lights, with no wall box involved. The compact ABS housing surface-mounts to the cabinet frame with the included hardware and disappears behind the door edge. Door-activated switching also stretches LED service life by keeping lights off whenever the door is shut, in pantries, closets, boats, and RV cabinets alike.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does it need a wall box?
No. It surface mounts inside the cabinet with the included hardware and splices inline on the low-voltage DC run; no wall box or gang plate is involved.
Will it work with my LED system?
It switches 12VDC or 24VDC circuits at up to 1 A per switch, which covers typical cabinet and closet LED runs. System pairing is verified at quote review.
How does the door action work?
The closed door presses the 7 mm button and holds the circuit open, keeping the light off. Opening the door releases the button and the light comes on.
Can I use it on line voltage?
No. It is a low-voltage DC device for 12VDC and 24VDC LED circuits only.
