Yes. The plank is solid vinyl construction and waterproof from all sides. Standing water still needs to be addressed at the subfloor and perimeter, but the plank itself does not swell or delaminate.
What does the wear layer number mean?
The wear layer is the clear protective film over the print layer, measured in mils. 12 mil is a multi-family and rental grade thickness; thicker wear layers survive more traffic before showing wear-through.
