Prezio Stone Arabescato White Marble Slab Program
Reviewed pricing, lead time, freight, and final configuration are confirmed during quote review before order release.
Arabescato White carries the classic arabesque breccia: rounded white clasts wrapped in a web of storm grey veining, higher in contrast than Carrara and more rhythmic than Calacatta. It is the stone of the tailored white kitchen, where the pattern brings movement without color, and of baths that want traditional marble presence with a graphic edge.
Slabs run approx 105 x 65 in in sequential bundles, so the orb-and-web pattern repeats coherently across long runs and mitred returns. Polished gives the brightest field and crispest vein edges; honed softens the contrast into a matte, lived-in surface that wears gracefully in working kitchens. Lot photography is approved during quote review before any slab is released.

Installation and Care Notes
- Fabrication and installation by qualified stone professionals only; this program supplies material and sequencing documentation to your fabricator of record.
- Field template verification is required before cutting; nominal slab dimensions are planning figures and every lot is confirmed against the released slab list.
- Seam placement and vein flow direction are approved on drawings during quote review before fabrication begins.
- 2 cm tops require continuous plywood substrate or engineered support at spans and overhangs; 3 cm spans further and typically carries overhangs to 10 in without corbels, confirmed by the fabricator.
- Seal all faces and edges before grouting or first use, then follow the resealing cadence in the care schedule.
- Marble is acid sensitive; specify pH neutral cleaners and prompt wipe downs in owner handover documents.
- Edge profile, sink and faucet cutouts, and backsplash heights are selected and priced at quote.
Program Support
- Every slab is graded on arrival and allocated from sequential bundles for consistency
- Current lot photography is issued for approval during quote review before any slab is released
- Support continues through templating and installation questions with your fabricator of record
Frequently Asked Questions
How does Arabescato differ from Carrara or Calacatta?
Carrara is a soft, even grey; Calacatta is a white field with sparse bold veins. Arabescato sits between: rounded white clasts wrapped in continuous grey webbing, delivering the most pattern movement of the three.
Which thickness should I specify?
3 cm for kitchen counters and islands, 2 cm for vanities, walls, and furniture. Both gauges come from the same lots, so mixed thickness projects stay in the same veining family.
Is honed or polished better here?
Honed is the popular call for Arabescato kitchens; it keeps the graphic pattern while hiding etch marks and fine wear. Polished maximizes brightness for baths and feature walls.
Can panels be bookmatched?
Yes. Sequential slabs mirror well because the breccia web is continuous. Bookmatch pairs are reserved on request during quote review.
