The 80 mm frame carries the glazed panel on the outside and the screen panel on the inside at a 0.055 in (1.4 mm) profile wall. Glazed panel sections come in 3.07 in (78 mm) or 3.50 in (89 mm), selected at order. Panels run 19.7 to 33.5 in wide (500 to 850 mm) at heights to 70.9 in (1800 mm), built as single units, fixed plus casement combinations with transoms, and arched top layouts. The interior handle operates the glazed sash through the screen line, so the screen stays closed while the window ventilates. Every unit is fabricated to the opening size and finished in one of eight standard colors.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a thermally broken window?
No. The 80 Series is the non thermal, budget tier of the integrated screen family. For heated and cooled walls in demanding climates, the 108 Series and 135 Series carry thermal breaks and security steel mesh.

What is the screen made of?
A built in insect screen panel on the interior side of the frame. Unlike a clip on screen it lives in the frame permanently and the window operates without removing it.

Which glazed panel section should I choose?
The 78 mm section is standard for most openings; the 89 mm section adds stiffness for larger panels. Your sizes are reviewed against the section during quote review.

Can it be built with arched tops or transoms?
Yes. The factory shows fixed plus casement plus transom combinations and arched top units on this series. Layouts are configured during quote review.
