Frequently Asked Questions
How do I order a custom size?
Add the shade to your quote list and include the window schedule with opening sizes to the nearest 1/8 in. and the mount type for each opening in the quote note. Width is cut to 1/8 in.; length is supplied in 48 in., 64 in., or 72 in. standard lengths and matched to the opening during quote review before release.
Will this shade make the room fully dark?
The blackout fabric blocks light through the body of the shade. Some light can enter around the edges and at the middle rail on inside mounts, so outside mount is recommended for the darkest result.
Is this shade suitable where children or pets are present?
The cordless design removes accessible operating cords from the front and back of the shade.
What if I need a colorway that is not listed?
Additional colorways are quoted on request. Note the requested color in the quote note and it is confirmed during quote review.
